My Mercedes is under warranty, do I need to take my car to a Mercedes Dealership?


We only service Mercedes Benz cars and we provide the same warranty coverage as a Mercedes Benz dealership. We maintain records on the services performed on your car and our service staff has been certified by Mercedes Benz for all the services we offer.

Do you provide a rental car service?


The Mercedes Garage offers Rental Cars from Hertz and Enterprise for our service customers. For more information, please contact our Service Department at (425) 462-2090.


Do you maintain a service record for any services performed on my Mercedes?


We maintain service records on your Mercedes.


Do you use Mercedes Benz parts?


We only used authorized Mercedes Benz parts, or at the request of the customer a genuine OEM quality equivalent.


What routine checks need to be performed on my Mercedes?


In addition to A- and B-Services, you should check the following items regularly and prior to any long trip:

  1. Engine oil level

  2. Coolant level

  3. Brake system fluid level

  4. Windshield washing system

  5. Tire pressure
